The momentum for a potential Earl Thomas to the Dallas Cowboys trade reportedly has slowed.
Cowboys insider Jean-Jacque Taylor of NBCDFW. com reported on Friday that the momentum towards such a trade has slowed and that the Cowboys do not feel Seattle is serious about dealing Thomas. Taylor’s report makes plenty of sense. After all, it was Thomas who initially stoked the Cowboys rumors. The 28-year-old safety was rumored to be considering a holdout but his reps say that is not the case. Thomas is set to earn $8.5 million in the upcoming season. Pete Carroll has said he expects Thomas to be in attendance for camp in July.
After playing his first 15 NFL seasons with the franchise, it appears that future Hall of Fame tight end Antonio Gates’ career with the Chargers has come to an end. While Gates would like nothing more than to return to Los Angeles next season, the team reportedly has other ideas.
Carroll said the reports of what happened with the intended workout were blown up.
I think we’ve been working at this thing for some time now. I don’t think that was really as telling as it came across, Carroll said. We’re really aware of him and he’s a fine football player and there may be a place for him. We don’t know that yet.

Receiver was a need for Arizona with Fitzgerald nearing the end of his career. The Cards had Chad Williams, J.J. Nelson and Brice Butler atop their corps before adding Kirk.
With the additions of Josh Rosen and Kirk in the first two Cheap Football Jerseys From China rounds, the Cardinals are retooling their offense to thrive beyond 2018.
The similarities between Lauletta and Garoppolo are staggering. Both hail Cheap Hockey Jerseys from FCS programs that previously had developed NFL prospects at QB. Both have quick feet and outstanding lower-body instincts and mechanics. Both have used the draft process to become second-round prospects.
Still, Lauletta has to overcome the lack of elite arm strength that Garoppolo did possess, and if Lauletta can’t continue to develop NFL-level anticipation and timing, he might struggle with the same issues that held back Ponder.
